Weekend

Hiya everyone, decided to do a quick post on my weekend and avoid gambling for this post as I think I may have bored some of you with constant gambling talk. This weekend was a little manic as Paul had his parents and sister visiting for the weekend meaning a muscial beds situation arising. This was further complicated by Simon dropping a mental visit into the equation. Simon was meant to arrive just before the footy started Saturday evening into Middlesbrough however seeing as Simon has never been on a proper train before and obviously was not listening in geography class all those years ago got Darlington and Derby a bit confused. It didn't end up too much of a problem as I ended up getting to watch the whole game, and Simon arrived 3-4 hours late!

We promptly wolfed down a curry (which was very yummy) and got straight off into town with a guy from uni before heading to Tall Trees for a raving night out. Tall trees was really good and exceeding expectations. It's next to the hotel and a couple of the rooms overlook a really nicely lit swimming pool, they had a big sweeping ballroom floor and the traditional massive dance floor, with neon lights, dry ice machines, scantily clad women, and strange red drinks being thrown into the air. This all overlooked by a balcony which circled the entire floor. The place was absolutely packed and I think everyone had a good time, even if I did get started on by two cocks twice throughout the night. Number 1, I was sat down with Simon when I saw Lee returning from the toilet in the distance I did a strange dancing waving routine as I am sure some of you may have seen before and before I knew it I had some fat knob gel dripping from his shitty northern haircut standing over me saying 'you fucking what....' I was a little bemused but his friend came and whisked him away before Simes and I layed the smackdown on him. Number 2 came on the big dancefloor where a Michael Jackson tune came on so as anyone would do I completed a Michael Jackson spin, however not realising I had been drinking for quite sometime and my proprioception and balance was not what it should be I lost my footing and bumped into a girl next to us, and when I say bump it was literally that I barely touched her but she responded with pushing me as hard as her feeble little arms could do away, I ignored the pathetic northern wench and carried on dancing when I felt a firm hand on my shoulder, it could have been the guy from earliers twin, both fat northerners with a silly haircut. 'Wotch wot yooer foookin dooin'.... 'i only slipped for fuck sake'....'I sed wotch wot yooer foookin doin'...'It has nothing to do with you anyway....dick'. I thought the dick bit ended it quite nicely and I boogied off into the distance. Maybe I ought to stop dancing it seems to get me into more trouble than its worth!

Anyway the night finished and we returned home to a packed house, not wanting to make any noise we filled up some water bottles and I took Simon for a walk around the area, ended up being out for quite a while as we must have returned home after 5! The Sunday saw several games of pro evo, and a mooch into Middlesbrough where I showed Simon all the sights including the Middlesbrough bottle, which is one of the key properties on Middlesbrough Monopoly. Anyway hope everyone is good and I am extremely excited about a couple of the other guys coming to visit me soon, feels like I never left!
