Blog Number 3!

Possibly the most exciting news I have had to blog so far is that the holiday is booked! A group of four of us will be returning for the third time to Tenerife to reap havoc in early September. No doubt the 5* resort we will be staying in will be less pleased about the number of complaints they will receive and be petrified of losing their 5* status once we arrive. Bit busy at the moment preparing for placement so this will be a shorter post today. Good news though, I have passed all my essays so far, I found out another 3 yesterday and all have passed so I am in an exceptionally good mood at the moment, one more result to come in and that is expected on Monday on the first day of placement - it could be a bad day!
Joke of the Day:

Three Australians and three Englishmen are going to a football match. At the train station, the three Australians each buy a single and watch as the three Englishmen buy just one ticket between them."How are the three of you going to travel on only one ticket?" asks one of the Australians. "Watch and learn," answers one of the Englishmen. They all board the train. The Australians take their respective seats but all three Englishmen cram into a loo and close the door behind them. Shortly after the train has departed the conductor arrives to collect the tickets. He knocks on the loo door and says, "Ticket please."The door opens slightly and a single arm emerges with a ticket in hand. The conductor takes it and moves on. The Australians are mightily impressed, and after the game, to save money, they decide to repeat the Englishmen's trick. When they get to the station, they buy a single ticket for the return trip. To their astonishment, however, the Englishmen don't buy a ticket at all."How are you going to travel without a ticket?" asks one perplexed Australian."Watch and learn," says one of the Englishmen. The train departs, the three Englishmen cram into a loo, and the three Australians pile into another one nearby. Shortly afterwards, one of the Englishmen sneaks out of the loo, knocks on the door of the loo in which the Australians are hiding, and says, "Ticket please…"

Football Story of the Day:
The only real football story worth talking about is a couple of days old anyway, Chelsea have finally got a manager with a bit of pedigree! A world cup winner and the equivalent of a Champions League winner in South America (well that's how Sky Sports explained him anway) should make an interesting addition to the Premier League. He is also well known for being a bit handy with his fists having had a fight with a reporter and a Serbian international player during a game! I would love him to take on a few Premiership managers... can you imagine a fight between him and Hughes, Bruce or Keane he would get battered, probably be more entertaining to watch than a Chelsea game though!
Facebook Summary:

I find status updates quite interesting, Why are they there? What makes people change them? Is anyone actually interested in them? I am not having a go at people who change their status as I do quite regularly but take a look at this selection… completely barmy:

'Mr A' cant make a choice could be hardest thing i got to do? got my air filter on.
'Miss B' should probably pace herself on the shat's....
'Mr C' feels like a new man since he shaved his balls!!! Hair-free feels soooo good!
'Miss D' was soo battered last nite!!!! still drinking though lol.
'Miss E' says for your own benefit, touch not mina anointed and do my prophet no harm. Psalm 105v5.
'Miss F' is thinking a hippy burlesque wellies party in a farmers back garden could be the answer!
