The Weekend!

Well its the day before placement and I should really start doing some reading, I have been advised on reading up on amputees, falls, in particular neck of femur fractures, instead I have opted to play Pro Evo all morning, which has gone very well I must add. I have also decided that instead of revision this afternoon, a trip to see the Indianna Jones film would be more enjoyable follwed by watching the football this evening with copious amounts of alcohol. Not looking forward to the 6o'clock alarm going off tomorrow though. Next post all about placement... how exciting!

When you first log into facebook the first thing seen is your news feed where you are filled in with all the latest comings and goings of your friends, this morning here is the much needed information I needed to know! 5 of my friends have joined groups relating to Big Brother, either get so and so out because they are boring or.. I hate Big Brother – Get over 1 million people and I’ll break into the house. One girl from school has been tagged in 60 photos and she is quite hideous, my bro has been writing comments on pretty much everyone’s photos. Hopefully it will liven up soon when people start returning back from holiday with scantily clad pictures of themselves!

Football Story of the day:

Darren Bent linked with Sunderland. Quick flashback to this time last year… Numerous Spurs fans run around stating that they will get the 4th spot next year as Arsenal are rubbish! Tottenham stump up £16.5m buying Charlton striker Darren Bent. To put this in perspective for the same amount of money Arsenal had bought; Adebayor, Hleb and Fabregas and still had money left over. But what was Tottenham’s return for buying this top England Striker? A lousy 8 goals, and to top that off they never made it out of the bottom half of the league table all season.
